Terms and conditions

Article 1 - Definitions.

In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

1.1 Nexo Veranda: Nexo Veranda B.V., established in Best, KvK number [FILL IN].

1.2 Client: the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Nexo Veranda.

1.3 Agreement: any agreement between Nexo Veranda and client to provide products and/or services.

1.4 Product: verandas, canopies, garden rooms, sliding walls and accessories.

2.1 All quotations from Nexo Veranda are without obligation and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2.2 An agreement is established when the client accepts the quotation in writing or digitally.

2.3 Amendments to the agreement are valid only if agreed in writing.

3.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.3 In the event of late payment, the client shall be in default by operation of law.

4.1 Delivery times are indicative and not deadlines.

4.2 Nexo Veranda shall ensure professional installation by qualified personnel.

4.3 The client shall ensure that the workplace is freely accessible and that a power supply is available.

5.1 Nexo Veranda offers a 10-year warranty on construction and a 5-year warranty on moving parts.

5.2 The warranty lapses in case of improper use, lack of maintenance or modifications by third parties.

5.3 Warranty claims must be made in writing within 14 days of discovery of the defect.

6.1 Nexo Veranda's liability is limited to the amount covered by insurance.

6.2 Nexo Veranda shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits.

7.1 Complaints must be reported in writing within 14 days of discovery.

7.2 Nexo Veranda will address complaints within 30 days and strive to find an appropriate solution.

8.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

8.2 Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
