In most cases, a permit is not required if the porch complies with the rules for permit-exempt construction. This usually means: no more than 50% of the yard may be built on, the structure must not exceed 3 meters in height, and it must be at least 1 meter from the property line. We’d be happy to advise you on your specific situation and can assist with the permit application if necessary.

The price varies depending on the type of veranda and the options selected. A basic veranda with a polycarbonate roof starts at €400/m². Glass verandas start at €650/m². Bioclimatic louvered roofs start at €800/m². All prices are starting prices, including installation and a 10-year warranty.

Most porches are installed in just one day by our experienced installation team. Larger projects or sunrooms with glass walls may take 2–3 days. After you place your order, you will receive a detailed schedule.

We offer a 10-year manufacturer's warranty on all aluminum structures and a 5-year warranty on moving parts such as sliding panels and louvers. Our products are made of high-quality, powder-coated aluminum that requires no maintenance.

Yes, all of our verandas are designed to be modular. You can easily add sliding glass walls, LED lighting, infrared heating, or sunshades at a later time. We’d be happy to advise you on the options.

Yes, we deliver and install throughout the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery is free. Our installation team will come to your location on the agreed-upon date with all the necessary materials.
